New bathrooms for Percy Road in Lancaster

Lancaster student house bathrooms

Let Students have been busy over the summer and upgraded some houses such as these on Percy Road which now have a new bathroom.

We hope these new bathrooms will be more comfortable, stylish, and functional and if you are lucky enough to be moving into a student house with a new bathroom, there are a few things you can do to make the most of it and keep it in good condition.

Here are a few tips:

  • Set up a cleaning schedule. It's important to keep your new bathroom clean and tidy, especially if you're sharing it with other people. Set up a cleaning schedule with your housemates and make sure that everyone sticks to it.
  • Be careful with the plumbing. Don't flush anything down the toilet that shouldn't be flushed, such as plastic, baby wipes or even too much toilet roll at once. This can cause blockages and damage the plumbing.
  • Report any problems immediately. If you notice any problems with the bathroom, such as a leaky tap or a broken toilet seat, report them to your landlord or managing agent as soon as possible.

By following these tips, you can help to keep your new bathroom in good condition and make the most of it during your time at university.
